We enjoyed our recent family stay at Encantame Towers. The unit was nice, and being on the ground floor was a huge bonus. It made getting to the pools and other resort amenities easy and convenient.Our main disappointment was with the resort’s guest policy, rather than the host. We invited a few friends over to spend the day by the pool and enjoy drinks and dinner in our unit. Within about 10 minutes, they were asked to leave because they weren’t registered on our reservation and didn’t have resort wristbands. We understand resorts have rules, but the enforcement felt overly strict given how uncrowded it was and that we were a quiet group of adults in our 50s. Future guests should be aware of this policy if they plan to have visitors.One other detail worth mentioning: payment required calling the management company, Casago, and providing our credit card information over the phone instead of paying directly through VRBO. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was different from our previous VRBO bookings, and we missed the convenience of paying online.Overall, a good stay and a solid four stars. The ground-floor location was definitely a highlight!
