Adorable home in Nettles Island

Everything about our stay was perfect! Jennifer communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. The property is immaculate and well-stocked. The decor is lovely, decks are awesome, and beds are comfortable. The house has plenty of light, is close to the beach, and community neighbors are very friendly. We hope to return sometime soon. Nettles vacation

House was great. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog. Nettles has lots of amenities, including easy beach access. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best Florida has to offer. But despite that we were able to enjoy the outside while those we left behind in Pennsylvania were freezing and digging out of snow.

Happiest Place on Earth

It’s the pools and nice people that make this place so special. However , People should stay home more so I can have the perfect pools all to myself 😊 I do find the nightly price for most rentals here to be high enough and they should not go up. Thanks for the nice clean home to stay in. I detail cleaned it and disinfected before I left. Hopefully, was as you liked it left.

We are a family of five who love the beach, paddleboarding, and living in South Florida. We love local restaurants and supporting local businesses.

Why they chose this property

We hope to share our Nettles Island home with others so they may also enjoy all the area has to offer, and stay in a convenient location. Our house has wonderful sunset views and is just a short walk to the beach, where sea turtles nest in the summer. The coastal decor is perfect for the area and our year round great weather.

What makes this property unique

Nettles Island is a unique, guard gated community across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and offers private beach access to residents and guests. There are two pools, one at the clubhouse and one at the beach with a snack bar and facilities. Walk to the beach from this house! Community center has tennis, pickleball, mini golf, pool, ping pong, gym, family games, and church services.
