Pleasant stay

Our family’s stay at Jacob’s place was uneventful and comfortable. We’d love to consider our out of town friends and family here again.

Great VRBO near Georgetown Texas

Great place to stay. The house was massive with a lot of places to sleep. We were a parry of 5 but this house could have accommodated 3 times that.

Nice house

This is a very nice and roomy home, and slept 12 of us comfortably. Nice and quiet neighborhood. All the accommodations you need are there. If we come back we look forward to staying again.

The house states that is accommodates 12 individuals but has beds for 10. There are only enough dishes for four. There weren’t any extra trash bags, one of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and we had to ask the host to provide more - they had it door dashed, which was great, but this doesn’t seem like something we should have to ask for. We were short a handful of bath towels - the host attempted to door dash more, but we only received one and it arrived too late. Request response time was excessively long. A TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. They requested that we wash the towels upon departure, but failed to provide laundry detergent - so we had to request that and received via door dash. We spilled a splash of water on the kitchen floor, wiped it up and the towel turned black. Generally, the house appears “as shown”, but amenities were not as described - would not stay again. *but 10/10 for the wild bunnies out back
