Visiting Austin? Stay at the Tree House in Round Rock. Beautifully updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths home- super cozy, relaxing and clean. Only minutes from Kalahari Reports, DT Round Rock & about 30 min to Austin, shopping (Domain is a MUST!), festivals such as SXSW and ACL and lots of dining. 25 Min drive to Two Step Inn. Take a drive to Lake Travis and have some fun in the water- only a 40min drive! Or visit Magnolia Market in Waco from Fixer upper- 1:20 mins away.

#1 rule NO parties or events. No curbside or garage parking. No trailers allowed. No outside noise between 9pm-7am. 8 guests/invitees max.
By booking you acknowledge we DO have cameras on the front outside of the house for security reasons. We do NOT have cameras inside the house.
$50 fee for every 30 min late check-out $500 fee for parties + damages $500 fee for smoking + odor removal cost $300 fee per unapproved added guest

What really stood out was the hospitality; the hosts went out of their way to bring us a teapot after we inquired about one. It’s those small touches that make a stay special. We were in Round Rock for the Round Rock Express tournament at Del Diamond Stadium. The location was minutes away. The house was very comfortable. Everything was provided that we needed during our stay. I had my three grandchildren with me ages 14,13 and 10. They loved the game room. If ever in the area again, we would definitely rent again!

The property was everything as advertised. Check in was smooth. The host checked in making sure all was good...and it was. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc were well stocked and the light switches were nicely labeled. Will stay there again if we get up that way at a later date. Highly recommend The Tree house.
