One story home completed January 2017 including community heated Pool, located in prestigious West Round Rock - 4 Bedroom 2 Bath fully furnished to the "9's" - sleeps up to 8 and is Baby and Children Friendly. Modern & Contemporary. Great Room with Fireplace, 4K TV with DVD player & Sectional Sofa. Open Kitchen, Dining & Living areas - all with views of The Pond, trees, greenbelt and walking trails.

Full functioning Office Desk with 27" monitor, office supplies & Printer in Main Bedroom - Copy, Print, Scan, Fax.

Keurig Coffee Maker with starter K-Cups. Also, provided is a Cuisinart drip coffee maker for those Guests who prefer their own special coffees. Smart TV with Roku (bring your log-in information), Internet 300 mbps w Google Mesh WiFi. Equipped with LG Smart Clothes Washer & Dryer. Guests may park 2 cars on the driveway and there is plenty of additional parking on street. Please DO NOT PARK TANDUM ON THE DRIVEWAY as it will probably block the sidewalk. Garage is used to park my Honda Pilot and 1 trash & 2 recycle bins.

Walk, bike or drive to heated community heated Pool, 15-20 minute nature walk to Pool (keep your Pool receipts for reimbursement).

The house was exactly as described. We were in Austin for a funeral so we weren’t really at the house very much. Gary checked in regularly and was very responsive to questions and comments. I can imagine that it would be lovely to have brunch on the deck overlooking the creek, and I would have loved to have had a chance to use the creekside walking trail. Gary gave very clear, detailed house rules and instructions. Most of it was quite intuitive. I would caution you to pay attention to putting out and bringing in the trash bin should you be there on trash day though. Easy to do, but I totally missed it. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our Needs!

This home was perfect for our extended stay - very well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, roomy and a great location! Gary thought of every detail and was easy to communicate with, answering any questions that we had. We enjoyed walking the nearby trails and taking our granddaughter to the local parks. This home was perfect for a long weekend for our family group of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 small children). It was one of the best-stocked and undeniably THE most organized of any rental we’ve ever booked. The pictures in the listing are accurate. The neighborhood is lovely. The host was prompt in communications and provided clear instructions. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to the Austin area. Family weekend

One of our best VRBO stays ever. The house was exceptionally clean and so many extras to make for a perfect stay. Beds were all super comfortable, plenty of towels for the whole group, everything labeled so we didn’t have to struggle to figure anything out. Instructions were easy to understand and location was close to everything. Beautiful home and back yard and just as described. Will definitely stay again when in town.

Owner was attentive and very accommodating. House was stocked with everything you could need or want. So organized. Clean, clean, clean!! Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc to not have to run dishwasher after each meal. Outdoor area is gorgeous and so inviting!! We will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Staycation

This property was the perfect location for us to stay with my family which included 7 of in total ranging from a 14 year old all the way to a 79 year old. The kitchen equipment was AMAZING for prepping our Thanksgiving feast, mornings sipping coffee and tea on the patio were lovely, and Gary was a very attentive host who made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back in the summer to enjoy even more patio time together as a family.

Probably the most organized and accurate communication I’ve had with a VRBO (or equivalent). Often you get over-sells on descriptions but this is on-point. Everything is labeled too (drawers/doors) which is great orientation in a new space. have been a return renter at this location b/c of the experience!

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years in the Los Angeles area. This property is a second home for me as I love to visit Round Rock / Austin. The home can be easily accessed via I-35 and is on the border of Cedar Park & Round Rock. This property is great for me since when I visit on my own, I have everything I might want or need close by. When I want to cook at home there is H.E.B. where I can buy anything I might imagine to cook for dinner. Or if I want to go out for dinner there is more selection of restaurants than one could possibly want. And for fun, I go dancing at downtown Austin on Friday & Saturday nights.

Why they chose this property

There are 3 important things one should consider when investing in real estate - LOCATION, LOCATION, & LOCATION. When looking for a second home for myself, I wanted a location that would be in the middle of activities, event venues and employment centers yet a quick drive to downtown Austin. Close to over 30 event rental facilities including the newly completed Rabb House . Round Rock is the sports capital of Texas. There are sports facilities throughout Round Rock where many local, state & national tournaments are held. Almost every weekend there is a tournament at one of Round Rock's sports venues - such as the 8 basketball / volleyball facility located about 1 mile from my home. Also this property is centrally located near employment centers such as Dell World Headquarters, La Frontera Business Park as well as Apple, Electronic Arts, Oracle, eBay, PayPal, Google, GM and more. It is close to shopping including H.E.B. wonderful grocery store, Round Rock Premium Outlets and many more along I-35 and in Cedar Park on FM 1431. Close to the The Domain shopping mall via MoPac where Nordstrom opened their new store in September, 2016 and where Restoration Hardware recently opened their premier Gallery store with over 60,000 square feet on 4 floors. Many of these companies have reserved my home for employee transfers, visiting executives as well as store openings. Restaurants are abound to fit any palate and pocketbook from fast food to fine dining. Entertainment & Recreational venues are all around this property. So whatever one is looking for can be found within a few minutes drive from this property. And downtown Austin is a straight shot on I-35 which is about 20 miles close.

When not using my home, I wanted to offer the home to families and companies at a good value. I strived to equip the home with everything that either a family or company would need or want during their visit. If there is anything you think should be included, please let me know.
