This terrace is a real dream, from which to enjoy exclusively, the atmosphere of Florence. This stunning palace will leave you with a lasting memory of your stay in Florence. The property exudes character at every corner, with a rich interior design that is both authentic and contemporary. The apartment comes with large bedrooms, a big kitchen area which is fully equipped. Sit out in the terrace area and enjoy dining out there with the outdoor table and chairs while overlooking the Medicean Chapels, allowing you to really soak in the vibes and energy of the area.
The house has illustrations enhanced on the ceilings drawing the center of attraction among all, truly depicting the art of some era, signifying a message. The apartment in the historical building dates from 1874 along via la Marmora, few bolcks away from the Botanical Garden and the Museum of the Beato Angelico in Piazza San Marco.
The recently redecorated apartment has fine finishes used for the floors and furnishings make this apartment a unique and prestigious residence to stay in.
The entrance is electrically controlled for extra security. To the left of the corridor, the apartment is located on the first floor, there are three of the double rooms and the magnificent dining room, all of them overlook via La Marmora. To the right of the corridor there is the Kitchen, and the fourth bedroom, overlooking the quite and pictoresque backyard.
At the end of the corridor, a small staircase leads upstairs, where the fifth bedroom with its bathroom is located.
The frescoes on the ceiling of all the rooms, date back to around 1860, when the apartment was the seat of the Prussian and Austrian embassy. In that period, Florence was the Capital of Italy.
A few details like the bathtub in one of the rooms, the beautiful mezzanines in two of the rooms, the ancient imposing windows typical of the noble floors, the wrought-iron beds of some rooms, will make your stay an unforgettable experience, full of emotion.
