we welcome you to city park nest, a jewel in one of the oldest and most sought-after neighbourhoods in Saskatoon. located close to downtown, the character home stands out with the brilliant blue front door.

at the nest, you get so much more than just a room. the entire house and fully-fenced backyard await your arrival, making it ideal for a stay of a month or longer. this quaint bungalow features a dedicated workspace, full bath with original clawfoot tub, large master bedroom and kitchenette.

you'll have the entire home to yourself during your stay. nobody else will be there. if you are traveling with pets, one small or medium-sized dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from the host. a pet fee may be charged depending on the size and breed of the dog.

city park nest is packed full of character at every corner (and ceiling!), offering a warm and inviting living room complete with relaxing boho vibes, a gorgeous gas fire place for those chillier days, couch, accent chair and end tables. a smart 50" TV with Roku is also available.

enjoy preparing your meals in the cute, well-appointed kitchenette, including a stovetop (no oven), dish washer, fridge and microwave. a toaster, blender, wine glasses, cups, dishes, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans, cheese grater, measuring cups/spoons, wine opener, can opener, essential spices and olive oil are also conveniently on hand for your cooking needs.

if you're in the mood to grill, a barbecue and utensils await in the fully-fenced, park-like backyard.

prefer to check out the local food scene in Saskatoon? City Perks Coffeehouse is just steps away and features specialty coffees, delicious baked treats and yummy lunch fare. the Griffin Takeaway offers vegan and gluten-free lunch and baked goods. Earls and Ingredients Artisan Market are also within walking distance of the property.

for your morning wake up, a coffee maker with complimentary ground coffee (both regular and decaf), sugar and whitener are provided, along with an assortment of teas. a coffee grinder is also on hand if you prefer a roast of your own. enjoy your cups in the bright sunroom complete with skylight!

around the corner from the kitchenette, you'll find the gorgeous original 1918-built main bedroom featuring a queen bed, closet storage and hangers, 42" smart TV with Roku, and stunning bay window overlooking the backyard. a pullout couch (queen) is also available in the neighbouring sunroom for any extra guests.

a gorgeous bathroom is situated right next to the bedroom. go for a soak in the original clawfoot tub and relax. prefer a shower? downstairs, you'll find a second spa-inspired bathroom experience with shower. laundry is also available downstairs if needed with complimentary detergent pods.

working remotely? we have you covered with a stunning Victorian-inspired office space featuring a large desk, high-speed fibre internet (average 150 mbps) and laser printer. an antique armiour adorns the room for extra storage and ambience.

the property is within walking distance of Saskatoon City Hospital, the beautiful South Saskatchewan River, and about a 5 minute drive to Royal University Hospital and the University of Saskatchewan.
