House needs a good scrubbing, walls are dirty, hot tub had sand in the bottom. Backyard had trash. Carpet has to be replaced. Kitchen was clean but had a broken chair and most of the bathrooms were clean. Location is great other than you had hear the traffic but that is city life. There was no soap as stated other than hand soap.

The pictures DO NOT reflect the condition of the property. The front and backyard are very overgrown, the back patio was not clean, the hot tub was filthy. The carpet is stained everywhere, the baseboards are thick with dirt and dust, the window blinds and sills are filthy. You can barely see out the windows because they are so dirty. The kitchen only had 5 plates, the dishwasher leaks leaving water all over the kitchen floor, there is clearly a leak under the sink...the cabinet is falling apart. The microwave fan and light do not work. The wood table (not shown) has a bench seat that is broken. You cannot control the temperature. Despite the listing and pictures...there is only one soap dispenser in the master bath and it was EMPTY...we had to go to the store and buy body soap, shampoo and conditioner. We do not recommend this property. To top it off, the neighbors car alarm went off all day and night!

Host was awesome, master bed & bath very nice. Minor issues with stair handrail, living room accent rug (corners curled up) and evening road noise. A great deal for the money. We would stay here again. Many thanks!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The whole family enjoyed spending time around the pool table and relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this location to others and look forward to returning in the future

Wonderful Stay!

Me, my boyfriend and friends Stayed for only one night. But the home was wonderful! Easy to check into and the home itself was very clean. truly a great experience in a quiet neighborhood!

This property features a relaxing garden, spa, bar and pool table. A kitchen large enough to cook and host a family meal, and walkable to multiple restaurants. Sea world is a short six minute drive and highways leading to Six Flags and Downtown are close by. Every bedroom and living space has a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV. You'd be hard pressed to not enjoy yourself while relaxing in comfort.
