Wonderful New Beach home 1 block walking distance to beach, bars/restaurants. Great entertaining yard with bar, TV, 2 outdoor showers, outdoor frig, dining table and couches. Wet bar/Mini kitchen right off sliding door to yard for easy entertaining. 2 outside decks on top floor and front porch with swing, washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, all utilities included, 1 car attached garage. all fully furnished you only need your clothes
