Bugs

There were bugs in unit. I attempted to contact vrbo and was told it was up to the owner if I get my money back. I attempted to escalate my concern and was told a manager would call me in 24 hours. I never received call and am very disappointed in vrbo. We had to find a hotel last minute and spend double the money and was unsure if we would recoup costs. I am requesting a call back because the customer service was less the acceptable.
