Cement floors, exposed ductwork, bricks, beams, and high, loft-style ceilings and windows characterize this townhomes chic, open space.
The large living area has a modern couch and lounge chair for evenings cuddled up in front of the flat-screen TV. Free cable and WiFi add to the entertainment.
The open kitchen is modern and sleek, with stainless appliances and a stainless farmhouse sink. Smooth marble countertops stand out against the concrete brick backsplash.
One flight up is the loft-style master bedroom, overlooking the downstairs and sharing the soft natural light from tall windows. A memory foam queen-sized bed sits atop hardwood floors. Across from the bed you have another flat screen tv with Apple TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows or movies. Voice activated lights allow you to dim the lights without having to get out of the bed.
The bathroom off the master has a marble single sink vanity and standing shower with an indulgent rainfall showerhead.

This is not a vacation stay. Pictures are not updated. No coffee pot, no blender, no charger station, no bistro table on roof top. No rug in living area. Shower head need cleaned or replaced low water pressure Very basic bachelor pad. Poor location. Just very basic nothing oasis about it.

This is a cute townhome within an easy uber to downtown. Clean and well stocked. Check-in instructions were clear and the process painless. We discovered an wonderful restaurant that's close enough to walk to in daylight called Ernests. The brunch on Sunday was amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Pros: This was a very uniquely decorated, fun, and stylish loft-style apartment to stay in during my anniversary trip with my husband. The private rooftop was a very nice touch. It was easy to get to and very close to downtown. While I wouldn't suggest walking, it was a quick drive to everywhere! Cons: The foam slab pillow and bed was a bit uncomfortable, held up underneath with wooden blocks. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was very weak and the water not hot. Also, the listing probably needs to be updated as some of the amenities were missing. For example, there was no Keurig coffee maker (we brought coffee pods from home and weren't able to use them), Apple TV (and very limited satellite channels), or phone charging stations that I could find. Small things that would NOT have kept me from staying in here but were a mild annoyance when expecting them.

This home was very clean and perfect for a weekend in Nashville. My only complaint would be about the area. There are several new homes surrounding this one, but it's not a great area. We had several uber drivers tell us to not walk around. We had no problems whatsoever, but just something to note since we weren't familiar with Nashville and didn't know what to expect about this neighborhood. Very close uber to downtown and many other cute neighborhoods. The house itself felt very safe and it was easy to check in and out with the lock box on the front door. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Nashville, but just know it's not in a neighborhood with restaurants or shops to walk to.

Great loft and super close to downtown!

We were in town for the CMA Fest and this location worked out great for us. Couple minute drive to downtown or use Uber to avoid parking downtown. AC worked great and was a relief since most days were in the 90’s. The loft was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Can’t thank Kenny enough for the hospitality! We’re already planning our next CMA Fest trip for 2019!

Convenient and great

This property was perfect for our 5 day stay. The location could not get any better it is an 15 minute car ride from the airport, 5minute from downtown/Broadway and the Gulch. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville but very easy to get to, where you need too in the city. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay! Will most definitely use this place upon our return to Nashville

Why they chose this property

In September of 2014 I was ready to close on a home in East Nashville when I was driving into downtown through Chestnut Hill and saw these beautiful townhomes under construction. At the time East Nashville was saturated with apartments and condos. Chestnut Hill had a such a rich industrial and cool character. The best part was that it's within a one mile radius of the middle of downtown! Luckily my inspection for the home in the East Nashville didn't turn out so good so I was able to get out of that contract and put a offer on the townhome in Chestnut Hill. I was so excited when I found out that my offer was accepted and I knew I made the right decision. Ever since then I have seen my property go up in value significantly and more developments have been made. This is the best business deal I have made in my life. I love this place and you will too!

What makes this property unique

The private rooftop and the views of the downtown skyline made me fall in love with this place. The rooftop can be accessed from the staircase by the bedroom which so nice and convenient. The exposed ventilation and galvanized pipes for the staircase handrail and closet rods add a nice touch to the industrial look. The Restoration Hardware fixtures and carrera marble throughout the loft add elegance. Philips Hue Lights are installed all over the loft and can be set to match any mood, color, or even be synced with music and movies. Samsung tablet for your use is on the coffee table to surf the internet, call a Lyft using my code to get free rides, or order food. I could go on and on but to sum it up all of your comforts from home and more are here.
