At the time of your stay, the door lock was a newer system that also included a manual key option. Since then, we’ve upgraded the lock to make the process more seamless for guests. Hi Shedrina, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry there were too many steps in the home. This is mentioned in the description that the home has a lot of steps. Also, in terms of the basement bathroom that had overflowed and water in the tub due to the overflow that was due to someone in your group placing tampons in the toilet. I did mention this. I have a sign in each bathroom that clearly states tampons, wet wipes, paper towels can not go in the toilet. You had a group of women and after the plumber came he pulled out a few feminine products out of the basement toilet. The entire bathroom line leads to the basement bathroom so when someone places tampons into the line it in any bathroom it causes a backup in the basement bathroom. After calling the plumber out to fix the issue cause by your guest, it was unfair to refund any additional money. When I wanted the plumber to come out, you mentioned you did not want someone you did not know in the home with you and the group of women. You asked for me to extend your time until at the home which I did at no cost to your group. As a host, I take pride in responding quickly to resolve all issues and do my best to ensure everything is in working order.
