If you are an avid boater, or-want a big home for a multi- family getaway, this is the home for you! Cape Coral, Florida has the mikes of cabals. Villa Bellezza is moments by boat to the Gulf! This stunning 5-bedroom villa, located in the beautiful Pelican community offers many amenities: including heated pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, tiki hut, large dock, +150 foot captain walk. Inquire about the boat rental or bring your own.
You will enjoy fishing, kayaking, and biking with the items provided. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiF. TVs in every room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delectable meals to enjoy , or visit the many restaurants around Cape Coral.
Just a 13-minute drive away, the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach beckons with its pristine sands and sparkling waters, while the thrilling Sun Splash Water Park is only 16 minutes from your doorstep. If golfing is your thing you will find several-near by options. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this villa has it all, providing the perfect base for your unforgettable Florida getaway.
Plenty of space for everyone, including a family suite upstairs with 2 queens, a sofa and tv.
A total of 3 king size beds and 3 queen size beds all very comfortable . Two pack and plays and a highchair are also available.
The property includes two refrigerators, and washer and dryer. Enjoy the 2 kayaks, four bikes, fishing poles, and board games. Each king bedroom in a separate corner of the home. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating for the family to gather around the pool or water. The quiet hours are from 11 PM until 8 AM. There are no parties or events, no smoking inside, no pets Fees apply up to $1000.00.

We had a wonderful stay. The host Lori was VERY responsive to everything we needed. We wanted the pool heated warmer than normal for our young kids and couldn't have been happier - even in the mornings and evenings the pool was a wonderful temp!The house was clean with lots of towels, blankets, and even toys, life jackets, fishing poles, sand toys for the kids. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a wonderful trip away!

Clean, cozy, spacious.Contacted owner regarding a few small things that were quickly resolved with excellent communication. Plenty of dining options at nearby restaurants, grocery close by and had positive experience renting a pontoon boat at Port 32 Boat Rentals. Would return.

Lori and Tim have a real treasure that they shared with our 3 generations of family on a 10 day vacation. They met us personally when we arrived and went over everything in their beautiful and immaculate 5 bedroom Villa. There is something for all ages from 2 to 62 to do in their waterfront setting from lounging in the hot tub to relaxing in the pool, or just sunning on the large modern deck with a tiki hut shade structure. We only had one question during our stay and the hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend their place if you are looking for a top shelf South Florida get away.

Great Property and Great Host!

We loved our stay at Villa Belezza! Lori is a great host (very prompt responses to any questions) and the house had everything needed for us to have a great week of vacation with our large three household family! Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Two families. Four kids ages 12, 12, 10 and 9. Pool and hot tub were perfect. House is very clean and well stocked. We did not cook much but the kitchen has everything (and more!) to cook if you choose. Comfy beds, lots of linens, lots of space. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

Lori and Dave made our stay very pleasant. ! us their boat and went over the boat to make sure we knew how to operate it. The house was so well stocked with towels, the pool was warmer than most will warm their pools. Their hospitality went over the top and we loved our stay there. Would recommend anyone to stay there especially for larger families, plenty of room.

We've been in real estate for over 30 years which means we are professional and private host.

The canal views and heated pool/hot tub area the focal point of the home from 3 sets of patio doors.
The location and size of the home are fantastic especially when several families get together. The kids enjoy the loft upstairs and the grown ups have several living spaces inside and out. There are 2 large tables 4 bar stools and a cafe table inside and 2 outdoor patio tables outside. The
