Lovely long weekend stay

Brand new property with many attractive and thoughtful extra touches by owner. It was perfect for three of us on an annual friends get together weekend.

Girls Weekenx

My girlfriends and I booked this house for a long girls’ weekend getaway. The house was so cute and very clean upon arrival! Abby was a gracious host and let us check in early once the cleaners were finished. The property and pool are very well kept as well. Would highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Awesome and family friendly!

Beautiful updated home. Perfect location right next to pool. Owner made herself available and extremely responsive. Very easy to work with! Minor feedback but worth mentioning is the front porch at night gets covered with spiders and so sitting outside is not really an option.

Disappointed with Cleanliness of Property

The home is nicely decorated. Cleanliness was definitely an issue - seemed like only the middle of the floors were cleaned. We found food, popsicle stick, marker and dirt under the ottoman. In another bedroom, there were drink cans under the bed and food wrappers under the nightstand. In another bedroom, a prior renter left dirty swim trunks and tshirt on the closet floor. There were cobwebs in nearly every corner of the floors and ceilings. It made us wonder how much effort went into cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and bedding. Parking in this neighborhood is an issue and detracts from the location. It would have been helpful for the owner to have a binder with information on Wi-Fi password, pool card key usage, parking, etc. The golf cart was out of commission during our visit which was unfortunate because we had a guest who had unexpected foot surgery. The guest was on a scooter. The home is not toddler friendly.
