Just steps from the beach, this dog-friendly three-bedroom home is waiting to provide you with the gulf memories you deserve during your next Crystal Beach adventure! Spend your days walking alongside the lapping waves then come home to spread out in the spacious living room to catch a good ballgame on the flatscreen TV or enjoy a good novel while snuggled up on a comfy sofa. Take advantage of the cargo loft (not passenger elevator), stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and cabinet storage in the full kitchen to prepare everyone's favorite meals. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from the breakfast bar, and dinners can be served at the dining table with seating for six or outside on the deck as an al-fresco meal. You can use the free WiFi to research a new adventure or download a good playlist for those fun outdoor hikes. Our family and pets had a great time! Seconds from the beach. Nice large rooms, large fenced yard. 4 bunk beds for our 4 teenagers/college kids. Good kitchen for cooking and eating on the deck and watching the beach. Walking distance to the both Pete's coffee shop and the boba tea place. We visited both many times. Very close to the fresh fish place on Canal St.

We had an awesome time!

This property was awesome, it does need a little TLC but overall it was perfect! It is a 1 min walk to the beach, in the evenings we sat on the balcony and watched people on the beach. The property is fenced so it was perfect for our dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This beach house was excellent. The house was a a block away from the after. We loved the porch. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was a nice size. Plenty of parking room. We would definitely stay there again.

Overnight before cruise

We had a group of 5 adults and 2 teens. The house had more than enough space for all of us!! Just steps to the beach for a good day before heading out. This location is great with lots of options for food in the area. Super clean!! Would love to stay here again!!

Great view

The house was a perfect size with plenty of room , but it could definitely use some maintenance work . Smelled a little like mold and noticed the ceiling had some mold across it. But overall was satisfied.

We have stayed here before on our annual girl’s trip. We love the location of the property & the communication from the property manager. However, the property is getting a bit run down. The faucet in the kitchen is very shaky like it’s not attached to the counter & only turns off if you turn it a certain way. Also, one of the guests found crushed up crackers in her bunk bed under the sheets. Finally, there was a musty smell in the house, figured that was from being close to the water yet thought it should be known.

Great Rental

It was walking distance to beach and my family really enjoyed staying at this rental. Clean, plenty of room and was able to relax on the upper or bottom porch. Great views.

Hear the Waves and see the Water

We really had a Great time-love being within view and hearing the waves of the water-beach was clean and the walks were great! The house was spacious and very nice! The property manager was very helpful in the challenges we did have! Great stay and would recommend to anyone

Great Cabin!

My family had a great time! House was easily accessible to everything. Loved that! Beds were comfortable. Only hiccups were at check in but that was due to house keepingan. Definitely would consider renting again.

Steps to the sand

Perfect location and property

We chose this house as one of the few dog friendly properties on Bolivar. The house and yard were great. Check in was easy and the manager was very responsive to any issue we had. The property is practically on the beach, maybe 100 feet from sand. I took three teens and a dog so we had plenty of space. It does list that it sleeps 18, but I would say 12 would be ok without getting cramped. I would stay here again.

Not as good as it shouldve been

The pictures are old and do not represent current conditions. The TV in the living room never worked, there is not 5 bedrooms, the electrical system was shotty due to lights not working and some lights outside hanging by electrical wires, the master bedroom does not have its own bathroom,, the dryer only worked half the time, the grill outside was so old, dirty and out of propane so we had to go buy a charcoal grill, random nails and screws were coming out of deck, for the money we spent we were terribly disappointed except it was close to the beach

Nauti by Nature

Excellent location with beautiful view; however, significant issues to include: lawn maintenance scheduled during stay with mowers taking no care to avoid vehicles AND BUSTED the passenger window of new 2023 truck while mowing (pending repair estimate/pictures available); inoperable refrigerator and freezer upon arrival with owner suggesting "go buy ice"; safety latch on gate broken and inoperable (repaired by renters due to safety issues with a toddler and small children); used mattress in driveway (moved to back of garage by renters) and closet door off hinges in bedroom.

The listing needs to be updated. The pictures of outside are not what is there. It shows unabstructed views of the beach. There is a house there. It shows a elevator but we were not allowed to use it. It said it had a king size bed no king. The furniture on deck some of them are in need to of repair. The sink in kitchen the handle to turn water on is very lose couldn’t get cold water. The 2 things that made this house most appealing from others was the first things I listed. Our stay was good but the house was lacking.

Great Location

Location of the house is great. We had awesome views of the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach. It was gated which made it great for our dogs to be able to be let out. The porch has lots of chairs for us to sit in and a gate at the top which was also great for our dogs. The lift was very convenient to bring coolers and luggage up and down. The house was as described. Plenty of beds for our large group. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans to make cooking for a large group easy. The cleanliness of the house is what we found lacking the most. Arrived to many dead cockroaches. The property manager was quick to respond and let us know it had been treated recently, however, having so many roaches all over the house when we walked in was a bit disturbing for us. We understand we are in Southeast Texas and there are roaches here but us arriving to that and having to clean them ourselves was our issue. The other issue was the cleanliness of the outside grill. Arrived prepared to grill on Labor Day weekend but when we opened the grill, there was no way we would be able to. Completely filthy and covered in flies. Lots of dirty grilling tools and kitchen utensils were still on the grill from previous stays. The sink outside was also filthy. That being said, we did enjoy our stay and had a great weekend. Based on other reviews, I do feel like what we arrived to is not the norm and I’m sure others will have a great experience.
