Pelada Beach House Nosara

Dear Rose, I am surprised about your review, let's make things clear that people can understand, you book my house for 42 days on another platform but then you cancelled to book in Vrbo because was much more cheaper since I didn't update my calendar because I don't get booking here, you stay with more then 1 month, it's curious that you stay so long if it was such nightmare, we had a real great relationship and I please you everyday to make you happy, I even thought that we becoming friends, I offer you nice cosmetic and beach bags and towels because was sincere and you was nice and cool people I did you laundry and pay for 2 times a week, I did offer you even a cleaning 2 times during your stay even the services was not included but could have been offer but you probably don't want to pay for it, the house is beautiful and right on the beach, you could not find better location and due to the high season you will not find something with better value and I guess everything was fully booked and you could probably not afford to pay the price of staying in Nosara, the house is in perfect shape and all the guest who came enjoyed staying with me and never complain, they love it. I have to say that yes the teak wood on the ceiling loose little dust and yes unfortunately the washing machine stoped to work after you check in and it is why I provide you with cleaning every time you need it, we are in Costa Rica and it's been lot of shortage of water from the municipality, it happened in all Nosara, I heard a restaurant stay closed for couple days due to the shortage, I have nothing to do with that and it happened more often in the end of your stay, it s why I initiate for your comfort to turn restore the wheel that I have on the property, I did that the same day in the morning after a new shortage and then it work very fine more many days and unfortunately then the breaker of the wheel stopped to work and again I fix it immediately, I always been there for you but you lost patient and got overwhelm and talk to me very badly and been totally disrespectful, it was your last week and you decide to leave and ask me for refund, that's what happened, to put me such a bad review, after all it's very nasty and I can tell how much you been considering me Rose, nothing was sincere from you guys, it's so sad some way specially when you open your house to people and give them so much love, you know that I am doing a little local business and yes sometimes we have to remember that s the tropic and have to deal with some issues that will not get the supply you want right away, but again you stay over a month and it was totally fine, if it's your way to say thank you by literally destroying a local business, its your way of thinking, surprisingly people who come here in Nosara Costa Rica it's because the wildness, the empathy and sprint of community, that's just all the opposite Rose, I wish you the best and I hope that review will give to the future guest a real look about living or staying here beside you emotional and extremely bad review.
