Thank you so much for your 5 star review. We appreciate you choosing us for your Spring break getaway. Have a great summer and hope you can stay again sometime!
Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. This is a 12 mile ride to the HH state park Visitor Center and a mile to restaurants and shopping.
Clean, well maintained place and would stay again. Loved that it was pet friendly so I could bring my whole family! It was Close to most attractions. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi didn’t work for us to use in our down time but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.
Family enjoyed our time at Cardinal farmhouse. It was extremely clean with Lake Logan being near. We also experienced Ole Man cave. WE WILL RETURN!!! THIS location is highly recommended and appreciated!
The property was very clean and we enjoyed it a lot. Had a problem locking the door when leaving. We used the key left on the table when we were there but when leaving couldn’t get the key pad to lock. I tried to email the property owner and we tried to go to the office Email wouldn’t go thru and the office/store was close. We left the cabin unlocked with the key on the table. Other than that all we perfect. We really enjoyed the hikes thru Hocking Hills State park. Well maintained trails. Very enjoyable visit to the area.
We enjoyed our weekend away at Hocking hills in this cabin with our family. However the other property amenities were not as advertised. The lighting around the property could be better as it was very difficult to find our cabin with the limited lighting at night. Also the playground had a few broken parts and the jumping pad was not available so my kids were disappointed. The club house was completely locked and no one seemed to be available. But the grounds were well kept and it would probably be better in the summer rather than the late fall. When we went to leave the electric lock was not working so that was concerning and no one answered my call or message.
This place was super cute. Reminded us of staying in an RV, with a little more space to move around. It was very clean, we had enough towels for our family of 4 and extra in case those were dirty, the staffers were helpful and kind. They even deliver ice or wood to your door, which was super convenient! We even enjoyed the cornhole, and borrowing games for a rainy day. The kids mostly enjoyed the big jumping thing at the top of the hill and one night we stayed up there late and had a bonfire at the swing while the kids kept jumping. Lots of good memories were made. Only thing that would have made it better is if they had more space for storage in the cabin, or even a large enough place to put our duffle bags under the beds. However, that isn’t a deal breaker, and they still deserve the 5 star rating. Also to speak to the cleanliness a little more, there was not even a cobweb in sight (inside or out)! And considering we were by the woods, that’s saying a lot. Thanks for all the memories we made!
