Hancock area stay

House was OK, carpet dirty, beds in rough shape. Lanai was very dirty and furniture was moldy. Had sugar ants everywhere. Older home, patched up to rent.

Nice private pool area.

I would have given this a 5-star rating, but this home needs a little T.L.C. Bedspreads were stained and torn, needed to be replaced, along with the sheets. Master bedroom mattress is shot and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool and Lani is nice and private. Nice neighborhood. Deb is the cleaner and property manager, she is fantastic! The dishwasher was leaking on floor along with water seeping up into the sinks, Deb called homeowner, and it was taken care of within a few days! Grandchildren loved the pool along with the adults!

Schönes großes Haus

Wir haben schöne und entspannte Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr groß und super ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich beim Check in gab es für uns einen Zahlencode mit Zahlendreher. Das gab einen kurzen Schreck. Eine Ansprechpartnerin wohnte aber direkt um die Ecke, so dass sich alles ganz schnell aufklären ließ und wir letztendlich herzhaft darüber lachen konnten.
