Master Bedroom with King Bed + Master Bath, large walk-in shower, free standing Jacuzzi, jetted Tub, Bedroom with King & 3rd Bedroom with 2 twin +Hall Bath with Lg shower.

This 3 bedroom Cape Coral heated Pool home located in the South West Cape has intersecting canal views with lake access at the end of a cull-d-sack in a quiet neighborhood. This home is quite stylish with a casual and comfortable feel. The Lanai and heated pool face westerly with sunset opportunities and the front of the house offers lake views. The covered lanai, pool and dock offer all day entertainment possibilities. Fish from your dock or feed the turtles, swim in the pool, heated with Solar and/or Electric Heat Pump, bar-b-cue, or sun your self. All this without leaving the house. There are many golf courses near by. Sun Splash Water Park is a short ride away. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island and Cape Coral beaches offer hours in the sun.
The high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create a sunny, light, bright atmosphere. A full kitchen is provided with everything needed to cook a meal, as well as flatware, napkins, place mats, wine glasses, crab pot and eating utensils. The large Kitchen has a counter top bar with 4 stools in the Great Room so the cook is never left out of the party.
There are options for dining to suit your mood or style. The formal dining room seats 6. The Great Room has an informal dining area with a table seating 4 plus a large bar with 4 bar stools. The Lanai has a table seating 6 plus a smaller more casual table seating 4 both for dining alfresco.
Sliding glass doors connect the Lanai to the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Living Room and Great Room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, an HDTV, and two spacious walk-in closets. Within the Master bath you will find a Jacuzzi jetted tub, a huge glass block shower, a private commode room, a double sink vanity, a ceiling fan and linen closet. A Pool bath, leads from the Lanai, where you will find a large block shower and a vanity sink. This bath services the King Guest Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom. Guest Bedrooms have walk in closets with linens and towels included.
Laundry with washer and dryer are just off the Kitchen in comfortable Air Conditioning. Direct TV and Wireless Internet are included. HDTVs on Direct TV chanels are in the Great Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom, also a smaller TV with local channels in the King Guest Bedroom and Twin bedroom. This house looked like a model home the way it was furnished and decorated. It was very beautiful and the boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing in the canal. I would definitely stay here again if I visit this area again!!

Lovely Cape Coral Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The home was very large, attractive, had everything we needed to be comfortable and is in a great location. We stayed at this property for a week. Very clean and spacious. Property manager Paul was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, Not too far from Ft Myers beach. Lots of shopping available. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice. Bring bananas to feed the turtles! Would stay there again.

Perfect location to my family

We had a great time in this home. It was plenty of room for everybody including two living room spaces. One for the teenagers one for the rest of the family. The pool was a lifesaver. We will definitely come back again in the future. The turtles were a plus, that was my granddaughters favorite part

Gorgeous Property

The location was very private and quiet. My teens loved feeding the turtles on the dock. Close to just about everything you would want to do. Cannot wait till we can return. Paul the property manager was very attentive to my questions and such a nice man to talk to.

We fell in love with Cape Coral years ago when we started our winter getaways to escape the cold North East. The warm weather coupled with the breeze makes it always perfect. We use the house ourselves when Rodger takes winter quarter off from his academic life to enjoy fishing in the lakes and canals and playing golf. The house has many items that we leave for you to enjoy as we do. But we completely move out all closet and personal items for Vacation renters to be able to live in the house comfortably. We hope you enjoy this light bright home with its high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan and that you will return soon.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house the summer of 2014 because we wanted a larger home than where we were, which was only 3 blocks away. We were also on the same canal just on the other side of the lake and found this water way to be the best of the fresh water ways.

What makes this property unique

The architectural touches such as niches, decorator ledges and high ceilings throughout add to the open and spacious feeling when you are inside or on the covered lanai.
