& LR with fireplace.
Enjoy water views while lying in bed, sitting in the LR, family room, kitchen and dining room. High end finishes, Anderson windows, elevator, fireplace, wide planked wood floors, tiled bathrooms & kitchen are just a few of the many features in this house. Ocean beach is an easy walk and kiddie bay beach a few blocks away.
Dining room table seats 6 plus a bench & 4 counter stools .
6 beach chairs provided by the owner for tenant use but not guaranteed. 8 beach badges , must replace if lost .
3 Adult bikes & 4 children bikes, TENANTS MAY USE, AT THEIR OWN RISK. NO HELMETS PROVIDED.
