Newly Remodeled Bayside 1st Floor Unit Close to The Beach

Completely renovated 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, first floor unit located very close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. Nice bay views from the front porch. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, groceries and Harvey Cedars bay beach for the kids. 2 off street parking spaces.

No smoking / No pets. 10am Checkout. 4 beach badges provided (to be replaced by tenant if lost or money will be deducted from security deposit). Outside shower shared with upstairs unit. Unit 1 has its own Gas Grill .
