Charming & contemporary 2nd floor house in the heart of Cangrejo Beach in Arroyo. Walking distance from restaurants, Caffes, Bars, Kids Park & Boardwalk. Casa Cangrejo provides all pleasures, perks & commodities for a perfect getaway.

Outside, enjoy the entertainment area with a sharing full bathroom, Laundry and BBQ. Just crossing the street, you have the beach, kids park, parking area, locals playing dominoes & more.

Peaceful mornings & full-filled afternoons await you at this truly Puertorrican experience.

The space
Cangrejo Beach House provides a truly Puertorrican experience, located in the fisherman village of Cangrejo Beach and walking distance from Arroyo Malecon (Broadwalk).

This house is located on the 2nd floor, you need to use the stairs to access the house. Decorated with local art, this house offers you a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4.

Your family has 2 full bathrooms, 1 inside the house with access from master bedroom or kitchen. The 2nd one is on the outside and is a sharing bathroom with guest on 1st floor, next to the entertainment area patio. If you are outside the property and need to use the bathroom, you will have easy access to it.

For sleeping, your family has 2 bedrooms with A/C. The Master bedroom with a King bed and the 2nd bedroom with a double bed. We highly recommend this house for 4 guest, but if you have kids or small adults, they can sleep in the sleeping sofa with a ceiling fan. Accommodating in total 6 guests.

Enjoy the beach breeze from the balcony with breathtaking view to the park and beach. Witness the Puertrrican fisherman life from the balcony during the morning with your Puertorrican coffee (provided) or with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.

Other things to note
Free street parking, no garage on premises. You can park around the house on the street or cross the property in the green area. You can see it from the balcony.

Also, some noises can occur, especially during weekends. Veterans venue close by the property, sometimes music concerts can happen on boardwalk and music from cars or restaurants. Be aware that we can not control any of these noises.

Clean Cozy and Comfortable is how you will find the Cangrejo Beach House overlooking the Caribbean Sea.Unforgettable view of the Caribbean Sea right from the porch.Your host Glenda Sanchez is very responsive for your questions and concerns. Glenda also did an amazing job fulfilling my xtra requests, The outside downstairs bathroom with shower was convenient after a day at Sea. I would definitely love to return soon.

Attractive, modern apartment

Cheerfully decorated apartment with lots of white and blue accents. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with a nice view of the park across the street and listening to the waves. The beach across the street is incredibly private. We never used the second shared bathroom which was located downstairs. There were 4 guys staying in the apartment below and the idea of sharing didn’t seem attractive.

Isla Cueva — casual, fun spot near the Malecón with friendly service.

What I love most is how the whole area feels like you’re part of the community, not just a visitor. You’ll walk the ocean path in the evening, maybe grab a drink, hear live local music, and feel the warmth of the island all around.
