Casa Tropical features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, and 1 bathroom near the pool. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties/events are not allowed. No lifeguard in the pool.
Turn off air conditioners, lights, and electronics domestics when not used. Only guests in the contract are allowed to stay overnight.

Great Property, Great Location!

Other than the oven not working (which Hector the property manager told us about when we checked in), and a couple of other minor electrical quirks as reported on previous reviews, . . we had a great time. Family vacation

Front view of the Caribbean beach, back view of the mountains, easy walk to the beach. A great pool to enjoy. Near by gestation, 5 minute walk to a mini market. Location in a chinchoreo route where you can buy food. Closed Walmart in the area and supermarket. In this house I fit 4 Adult and 6 children with no problem . Is a beautiful house and is big , I recommended.

Nice stay for families

My family and I stayed here for a week, lots of things to do in the area. The home was nice, could use some updates - I would recommend a new bed frame for the master as the posts were glued on. Over all the house was exactly as seen online. Again could use some updating but was a nice comfortable stay, beautiful views from the front and back of the home, kids loved playing in the pool and was a quiet relaxing area. Great Stay in Patillas

My family and I stayed in Patillas at Aida's house on PR3. The house was great and pool awesome. The house is just minutes from great beaches and other sites to visit. Make sure you shop at Rafa's Mini Market. They have everything you need if you forget to bring something. The people in the neighborhood are friendly. The restaurants are close, and the food is great. There are so many roadside restaurants to choose from, but make sure you bring your wallet, because some of the dishes are pricey. We had a great experience there and hope to go back in the future.

Warm and Welcoming

We have stayed in this house in Patillas several times over the last three years. It is a lovely property. Aida, Greg and Irene are all wonderful to work with. Puerto Rico has beautiful beaches, a lush rain forest, and amazing snorkeling. But the thing that always makes the greatest impression is the warm and caring members of the Patillas community. We visit the island to help the church and community rebuild and every time we return home feeling that we have received more than we have contributed. Beautiful island, beautiful and resilient people.

I was born and raised in this once small fishing village known as Emerald of the South (Esmeralda del Sur). Greg on the other hand was born and raised in Minnesota. He fell in love with Puerto Rico and especially this beautiful ocean side community in the island the first time he visited my family 20 years ago. He became captivated by the green mountains, blue sky and beautiful light blue ocean waters. Since I left my beautiful island I always want to go back, so I purchased the land and built a custom home. We designed the house with large open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and a luxury swimming pool. Now having the opportunity to own a piece of paradise and share with others is truly a blessing.

Why they chose this property

I was born and raised in this lovely paradise town and I want others to know and enjoy this beautiful quaint town. One of best location for any family who loves to be close to nature and yet still enjoy other activities that the island has to offer!!! The property provide a reasonable, comfortable place for family to be able to get together and make memories.

What makes this property unique

We designed the house with large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Master has huge walk in closet with master bathroom. The house offers a large private pool, private parking, all kitchen utensils and free WFi. We enjoy going across the road to local beach with lawn chairs, sitting with locals and enjoy outdoor ocean breezes and views of the ocean. Little authentic grocery across the street sells local fruit, vegetables and homemade sandwiches. Our stress level goes down to zero!
