Modern Midtown home with 3 king beds
Summary:
Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Across from the kitchen is a half bath. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with an oversized shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two rooms have a king sized bed and the other has two sets of full over full bunk beds. Additionally the living room has a 65 inch Roku TV, and every bedrooms has its own Roku TV. You will love this home away from home!

The home was built in 2018 and has a modern look and feel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except 1 closet .
The Neighborhood:
Quiet, walkable, up and coming neighborhood in Midtown. Right outside of Cooper Young. Close to great restaurants and downtown.
Getting Around:
Ride sharing services are available. Cooper-Young is within walking distance where you will find multiple restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
The home is 10 min from downtown and close to several great restaurants.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows
you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here
anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have
questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be
quick to respond.
