This 3 bedroom villa is surrounded by the Guanacaste dry forest. Wake up to fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee while listening for the sounds of green parrots and howler monkeys in the trees. Each bedroom boasts top quality mattresses, pillows, and ensure a peaceful nights rest. The master ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and soaking bathtub.

For those of you who are working remotely, home has fiber internet with 300mb up and 300mb down which will be sufficient for all video streaming / VOIP needs.

There is a separate apartment beneath the house (3 bedroom, 2 bath) that may be rented in connection with the house. The apartment does not have any shared facilities with the main house and has a separate entrance and deck. Please inquire for availability.
