Enjoy the spectacular pacific sunsets while relaxing in the hammock or private salt water hot tub (rare amenity in Costa Rica) and infinity edge salt water pool. This property is close to heaps of activities including world class surfing, turtle nestings, open water fishing, zip lining, volcano tours, catamaran cruises, ATV adventures, world class golf courses, and more. 5 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes to the new Flamingo Marina. Closer to home enjoy the hiking trails within our community or gather for a game of pickleball, tennis (clay courts), or a yoga class at the onsite Club Eldorado. Truly a vacation in paradise!

This 3 bedroom villa is surrounded by the Guanacaste dry forest. Wake up to fresh brewed Costa Rican coffee while listening for the sounds of green parrots and howler monkeys in the trees. Watch the butterflies flutter through the garden, while coatis and grey foxes forage in the surrounding woods. Pura Vida!

Each bedroom boasts top quality mattresses, pillows, and ensure a peaceful nights rest. The master ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and soaking bathtub.

For those of you who are working remotely, home has fiber internet with 300mb up and 300mb down which will be sufficient for all video streaming / VOIP needs.

There is a separate apartment beneath the house (3 bedroom, 2 bath) that may be rented in connection with the house. The apartment does not have any shared facilities with the main house and has a separate entrance and deck. Please inquire for availability.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Unused/unopened food products may be left.
Turn off all AC units, appliances, and lower all window shades. Make sure all outdoor shades are retracted.
Set the alarm when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All children must be supervised at all times due to many stairs, un-gated pool, and wildlife in the area.
No smoking/vaping of any kind anywhere on the property (including decks/outside areas).
Quiet hours within the neighborhood between 10pm and 8am.
