Huge Beachfront 4 Bedroom Condo with Private Beach by Marina Flamingo

Eat breakfast on the balcony of this beautiful beachfront condo while enjoying the spectacular views. You'll see the boats from the marina heading out in the morning for a day of fantastic sport fishing. In the afternoon you'll see the sailboats going out for their sunset snorkel cruises. You can just walk down to the beach in the backyard to swim and snorkel.
This Flamingo location offers jet skis amd golf carts nearby. We can also make reservations for you, anything from deep sea fishing and fine dining to in-home massages. Babysitters are also available.
This spacious condo features a well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The formal dining room seats 8 with an additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The large living area features a large smart TV and a wall of windows to enjoy the fabulous views. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, custom bedding and a private bath. The second master has a queen bed and also a private bath. A queen bed is offered in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer and super fast wireless internet! Weekly maid service is included.

We (4 friends) really enjoyed staying at the condo. Whether it was sitting on the deck or in the living room enjoying the fabulous ocean view or swimming at the private beach, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was great and we ended up hanging out there a lot. We all appreciated having our own comfortable room. Two of us live in Costa Rica so we've traveled a lot here and really liked the area.

The condo was beautiful! The photos were accurate! We lived on the balcony - such beautiful views! We ate all of our meals out there - the kitchen was well equipped. (A lot of the restaurants were very good at the Marina Mall, just a couple blocks away - we especially loved Oceana - we'd recommend the Seafood Casserole and the Chicken Piccata) Those two chairs on the balcony were super comfortable. The mattress was also comfortable. It was a nice touch that the toilet paper and paper towels were furnished! Vicky was always very prompt in answering our questions as well as giving suggestions! The condo was amazing!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! Playa Flamingo was a great place to base our adventures out of. We also loved having our own beach access right outside the building. The kitchen had several amenities that made it easy to cook and eat in some nights. The AC was quiet and efficient which made it a very comfortable place to stay. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Very comfortable, everything you could need, view of the beach, can walk right down to the beach from the second floor central location to many fun activities. Marina at your back door, walkable to a wonderful restaurants, Vicky super helpful with anything you might need.

Beach Stay in Costa Rica

We really enjoyed staying at this condo right on the beach. It was very spacious and lovely with a wonderful view of the water. From the lanai we could watch people on the beach and listen to the waves. The kitchen was supplied with ample cooking utensils, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. Vicky, the owner, responded quickly to our questions. It was a great stay.

This property is wonderful. The pictures accurately describe the unit and the location and views cannot be beat. You technically have your own private beach! Great Location! Great Views!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were very pleased with how easy it was to stay here and use the condo as a home base. We drove to many places that were a short drive away including amazing beaches, shops and restaurants, including local surf spots! We loved the small and very private beach right out front and had some really good snorkeling experiences there! Vicki was a great host, very quick to respond and got us what we needed. We were very comfortable. Thank you! I recommend people stay here if you want a nice place to rest in between some great adventures!

Great Stay at Vicky’s condo

We recently stayed at this condo. The condo is located behind the new marina and has an amazing view of the ocean/mountains although you cannot see sunsets at this location. The condo is very spacious and is quite comfortable for our family of 6. The beds are extremely comfortable and other furniture as well. We loved hanging on the balcony watching the views and listening to the surf. The condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story low rise building and has a private beach for a few of the condos in the area. Communication with Vicky was easy and she is very responsive. The condo’s location is good and you can walk to restaurants. Supermarkets and flamingo beach. There was a bit of noise from the pipes in the master bedroom from the unit above every time they would turn the hot water on but we managed. Definitely recommend this place to families.

Amazing view

We loved this property. Was a convenient location for exploring the area and we found lots of dining options in close vicinity. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the sounds of waves. So relaxing! Layout worked well for our family. My teen daughter enjoyed having her private bathroom and walk out from her bedroom to porch. Felt like a home away from home! Vicky was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great location

This property has an amazing view and close easy access to the beach. Their is shopping, delicious restaurants and a larger picturesque beach within walking distance. Coco Loco is a great restaurant but don’t drive there unless you have a 4 wheel drive. It’s a bit of a walk but you can walk there. The condo is not luxurious but is comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfy and the AC units work well when you need them. Hot water and water pressure in the showers was sometimes inconsistent. Overall very happy with our stay.
