Cada habitación cuenta con su propio baño completo, ropa de cama de alta gama y una decoración y acabados espectaculares. La propiedad cuenta con A / C en todas partes y cuenta con algunas cubiertas privadas diferentes en ambos niveles, incluida una cubierta privada de segundo nivel que se encuentra encaramada sobre el océano. Villa Fugata was an amazing house on top of a hill. It was hard leaving the house as the infinity pool with the ocean views was a beautiful, once in a lifetime view. On top on that, Bilitis, our host was very prompt and professional to whatever issues we had. She also help planned our trip and was very detailed, organized and knowledgeable. Costa Rica is a lush, beautiful, natural place so don’t be alarmed with any critters or animals you may encounter. Pura Vida!

We love the location of this property. Very good communication and so helpful to make sure you have the best stay. We had an incredible time staying here. Very close to everything you might want to do in Playa Flamingo but still tucked away in a very quiet location. It is at the top of the hill and the view is even more spectacular in person! The house is a stunning design and well stocked. We were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, I cannot say enough how amazing the property owners are. Bilitis patiently answered all my questions throughout the months leading up to our trip and arranged all of our excursions and transfers, which we were not expecting but greatly appreciated. She never steered us wrong! She, and Benjamin, the caretaker, promptly helped us several times throughout our stay (when we ran out of coffee filters, they were at the door in 10 minutes with more!). We had an amazing time because of their efforts. We will definitely be back.

The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. The grounds crew cleans the outside ant the pool each day. We absolutely loved this trip! Totally fantastic all the way around.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING. The host is incredible. She proactively reached out and offered us many recommendations on things to do. She arranged for a private boat and an in house chef. Absolutely unforgettable stay at Villa Fugata. We absolutely loved our time at this home and were truly sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house, the attention to detail, and how welcoming everything felt.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The pool area was stunning and incredibly well cared for, and the extra amenities made such a difference — pool toys, games, books, and thoughtful touches like beach bags that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Bilitis went above and beyond. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and was extremely easy to work with. She is simply the best and made our stay extra special, we were quite impressed with the fact that there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate brought up to the house on my birthday.The location of the house is perfect with gorgeous views, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Costa Rica and would not hesitate to stay here again. The house is nice, view is fabulous! Master shower wand needs replacing( it fell off in my hand. Sink handle in other bathroom fell off and needs adjusting. There are ants everywhere! They got on our items we left on bathroom counters! A net should be put up above pool so leaves are not in it all the time. 10 minutes after they clean it’s full again. The stairs has no hand rails. Would be difficult for a lot of people. 2nd bedroom has a tub outside, would be great but the master balcony would see you. Should have a screen to put up!

Hello I'm glad you enjoyed the view from the house. During your stay, no issues were reported to me. After your departure, we found the shower head broken on the shower floor. I sent you a photo and asked what had happened, and you replied that it "broke on its own." Regarding ants, none were present inside the house. We provide daily housekeeping and no ants were reported by staff or by you. As Costa Rica is a tropical country, insects may be present outdoors. The property is regularly fumigated and a certificate was provided to VRBO. The pool is cleaned daily, pH levels are checked every two days, and a technician inspects the system weekly. Maintenance invoice was also provided to VRBO. Additional afternoon cleaning is available during windy conditions but was never requested. The stairs do not have a handrail, as clearly shown in the listing photos. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom with an enclosed shower. The outdoor bathtub is an additional amenity designed to enjoy the ocean view. The terrace is spacious, allowing separate use, and privacy is easily managed among guests. I'm sorry the property did not meet your expectations. Fortunately, many guests appreciate it. Pura Vida!

We have stayed in Playa Flamingo many times and rented many very nice homes over the years, but none as beautiful as Villa Fugata. This is home is truly spectacular and perfectly appointed. Furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay should you lay by the pool or venture down to the beautiful beaches…everything was perfect. The pictures do not accurately represent how truly special this home is including the unbelievably picturesque view. In addition, the host went above and beyond in helping us set up massages at the home, personal chefs to come and cook for us, excursions etc…. This was a very memorable vacation and the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!!!!!

Best trip ever

The stay was incredible! The Infiniti pool was very nice. And the sunset was beautiful. The rooms were nice. The only concern were bugs but overall it was great.

Great house and location

We had an amazing stay! The property had everything we needed and more — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, the hosts and support staff were outstanding, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back.
