The apartment has just been completely renovated with love and very stylish and luxuriously furnishedThe large all-round terrace facing south / west offers different areas and sea views. The awnings are electrically controllable and have a wind sensor, as the terrace is not covered because there is no apartment above it.
The terrace has a dining, lounge and sunbathing area. You can enjoy your coffee or tea at the separate bistro table. Access to the terrace is possible from every room. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one ensuite. The kitchen has all comforts, such as Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and crisp oven
Very central and yet very quiet shopping facilities such as supermarkets, smaller shops and shops in the vicinity. A small supermarket for daily needs is located directly at the building10 min walk to the beautiful beach Las Vistas and the beautiful promenade on which you can walk for miles to La Caleta. The port with the ferries to La Gomera and La Palma can also be reached in 10 minutes
The pool is heated, has sun loungers and thanks to the private atmosphere it invites you to feel good and relax. The complex is lovely (not a block) and decorated in Spanish style.
Basically, you do not need a car in Los Cristianos, everything is within walking distance within a few minutes. If a car is rented, there are parking facilities directly in front of the building.

Fulvia was a fantastic host. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We didn’t encounter any issues with the apartment which was in a great location close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It was spotless and had all mod cons as well as toiletries and kitchen products which were useful for our stay. The pool area is clean, quiet and secure. I’d highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rebook in the future.

Great apartment in a very good location. The apartment was spotless and very modern. Great communication with fulvia the owner for checking in and out . Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked the apartment again for January 2026 .

Such a well kept apartment. Very clean. Every thing has been thought about. The Webber bbq was a real bonus. Amazing balcony and pool. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location

This is the best apartment we have stayed in Tenerife in our 15 years of visiting the island, wish we had found it sooner. Fulvia and Karsten were in constant contact with us from the moment we booked, meeting us on arrival and saying goodbye. The apartment has everything and more that you need for your stay and in the perfect location to the shops, bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. We have already booked to stay again......loved it !! Thank you Fulvia and Karsten

Our Fabulous 2 week stay

We were greeted by Fluvia and Karsten on arrival and they were extremely helpful and showed us all the amenities in the apartment. The apartment is immaculate with everything that you could possibly need for your stay there. The complex has a beautiful pool area with sunbeds provided and is very quiet. The area around the apartment has numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Los Cristianos Apartment

Apartment had just been refurbished, everything spotless and brand new , great location and wonderful large south facing balcony for the evening sun on the terrace. Lots of little plus points, washing machine (great when you have kids) , beach towels provided for the pool area which is lovely , very quiet and clearly in a residential property so if you want tunes and floating ring etc in the pool I’d think twice about booking (if you wanna relax it’s perfect) Excellently property and would thoroughly recommend

First of all the hosts from booking, meet and greet to leaving and saying goodbye, were so warm and friendly, very helpful. The apartment is of a VERY HIGH STANDARD everything brand new. It is spotless, as is the pool and complex. Great nearby supermarket, pub and resturant. Lots bars and entertainment 6 minutes away and 20 min walk or 5 min in cab is the seafront , full of wonderful places to eat drink and enjoy. Would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful apartment

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. The furniture and furnishings are beautiful and although the kitchen area is small, everything required is there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous.The outside area is large and wrap around. We know the area well anyway and one bonus is it is right next to our favourite restaurant. There is a small supermarket 1 minute away and plenty of bars a few minutes walk away. The beach is a 15 minute stroll down the hill and the pool is quiet and well equipped . Fulvia and Karspen are amazing hosts and cant do enough to help.

5 glorious weeks

3 of us ages 63, 72 and 86 stayed 5 weeks. As the 5 star review shows we loved the apartment. Everything is on your doorstep bars, restaurants, supermarkets taxis and buses. Our only issue was the hill from the seafront to the apartment. It meant a very tiring climb or a taxi. I suppose if we were younger it wouldn’t be a major issue. We definitely want to return next year and are considering hiring a double mobility scooter. The complex is quiet with a lovely pool, the apartment has a large wraparound balcony with areas for eating and lounging. Both bedrooms are spacious with on suite or adjoining bathrooms. Highly recommend

We stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment. From the moment we arrived we knew this was a good find. The hosts Fulvia and Karsten personally checked us in and showed us around the apartment. It was spotless and everything provided that you could possibly imagine including coffee pods, cookies, bottled water, sparkling wine, soaps and towels. The equipment was really good quality, felt new in fact, and everything worked perfectly. The wrap around terrace makes the place a stand out favourite and if we were to return we would absolutely stay here again. The Weber BBQ made a fantastic evening on many occasions for us with candlelit dinner overlooking life and the surrounding area. The location is excellent with easy access to Los Christianos and Las Américas. We hired a car to explore the island and there is free parking everywhere including right outside the apartment. There is also a lovely pool which can be used by guests of the apartment. There is also a public Olympic sized outdoor pool about 15 minutes walk from the apartment which we used for swimming which was really nice. There’s of course the beach about 15 minutes walk too. Thank you Fulvia and Karsten. You have a wonderful apartment and we would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.
