The Phoenix six was a very clean, guest friendly, beach- accessible condo that worked for adults and kids alike. The beach access was safe, the pools were clean, all common areas had attentive staff, and the racquetball was a nice bonus! We would certainly return! Parking was the only downside at 60/car/week.

The condo was beautiful the beach was beautiful. The walk to the beach was a little further away from the condo than expected, which wasn't a big deal for me but it was foe my elderly mom who has a hard time walking. Other than that it was great, would go again!!

Good thing I brought a blow up mattress! The kitchen could use a few more supplies bring that we do a lot of cooking so we don’t have to eat out!Overall I would definitely rent again!

Condo was clean & convenient to beach, nice pool as well. A few disappointing items, description stated pull out sofa bed, which it is not. There was an air mattress but no fitted sheets for it. The refrigerator door did not have any shelf guard rails, items fell out when door was opened. That reduced storage space in refrigerator. Only a few kitchen towels and no oven mitts.

Great spot fot hangout.

Exactly as advertised. The EV charger was awesome for my Rivian. The parking fee was a bit odd, however.

Great beach find!

We stayed at the property for a wedding that was hosted at the Wharf! We were about 10 minutes from the venue & about 5 from flora-bama. The property was right on the beach, which was a must for us! We had a great time & we’re close to restaurants and bars when we wanted nights out. We would definitely recommend this rental & would happily stay here again!

Summer Kickoff and Hangout

I brought my family down for 9 nights to start the summer off and attend the Hangout fest. With a hangout bus stop right out front of the condo and the beach at our back door, everyone was able to come and go as they pleased while mom and dad got to get some R&R. We found the place spacious, quiet, well furnished and stocked with everything we could need. Loved this rental and it’s amazing location.

Family vacation

We loved the location of the property and the size of the condo! However, a couple of the amenities were not as described/broken. The refrigerator had broken shelves and did not have a handle, so anytime you opened the fridge some of your items fell out. We felt like we couldn’t enjoy the patio because of excessive rust of the patio furniture. If these things were fixed it would be the perfect place to get away!

OK

The floors were not clean. The hall shower needed attention. There was not a sofa bed as stated. Did not know we had to pay for parking.
