2nd floor ocean front grand suite with massive wrap around balcony and beautifully updated!

Soak up the ocean and beach view from this second floor ocean front grand suite with expansive wrap around balcony and glass windows floor to ceiling that open from front to back. This suite has been updated and boasts 2100 sq ft suite with all of the luxury and ocean view you can imagine. You can see everything from this second floor which faces the turquoise water, white sandy beach and the snorkeling reef directly in front of the resort-including the break water in Grace Bay.
The suite has been upgraded and you may enjoy the flat screen TV, granite counter tops and upgraded furniture throughout. We have in-suite laundry for your convenience, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, as well we have a pullout couch which accommodates 2 people- in total 6 people.
Our on-site Management Team is available to support your vacation needs and assist you with reservations (dinner, horse back riding, car rentals, taxis, etc.) and provide any information to you that you require to make your stay more enjoyable- daily maid service, new beach towels and linens, shampoos, soaps, hair dryers are all included.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—literally on the beach, restaurants, and activities, yet still quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owners was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

Our stay at this condo was incredible! It was spacious and very clean, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect-- right in front of the reef for excellent snorkeling and only a short drive from restaurants and shops. (I do recommend a rental car.) The beds in both bedrooms were VERY comfortable, and after our days in the sun, we slept very well. The primary bath was huge and absolutely gorgeous. But the view from the balcony was the real star; we were so grateful to get to look out at the beautiful turquoise water and colorful sunsets from the comfort of the condo.

We had to have the place cleaned upon check in and the condo is definitely aging. But the location, balcony, size, beach (reef right off the beach) were all amazing. The staff took care of all issues and serviced the room daily. Balcony is pretty sick as you can open all the sliding glass doors. Would return and recommend with the caveat that this isn’t the Ritz or Westin further up grace bay, (for those of us that may be little higher maintenance). Overall great value.

This spot is perfect!! The condo is exactly as you see it. So comfortable and in the perfect location. Best snorkeling we have seen in a really long time. It’s a very quiet condo complex, away from it all, which is exactly what we wanted. Short enough of a taxi ride to where ever you want to go.

Great Spot on Grace Bay

This was a great vacation for our family. Such a great view of Grace Bay and immediate access to great snorkeling right outside the condo. Not crowed at all but close enough to all the activity. The only thing missing was a great coffee shop nearby:)The collapsible walls on both sides of the unit made us feel like we were always on the beach. Great temperatures this time of year. Our host, Jamy, was attentive and full of recommendations. I'd rate this property a 5 except the Jacuzzi tub was broken and there wasn't an onsite fitness room(used the one next door) or coffee shop.

Quaint and Nice

The Coral Gardens villas are charming. The staff assisted us seamlessly during check-in and check-out. While the property was quaint, some modern updates would enhance its appeal. Nevertheless, it met our requirements. Our condo boasted a breathtaking ocean view! I'd advise guests to rent a car and stock up on groceries beforehand. The onsite restaurant is small and expensive, as are groceries in the area. Our host Leanne was responsive and gracious.

The perfect vacation in every way.

This was just what we all needed to relax, unwind and truly feel like we were experiencing life in paradise. The two BR end unit was beyond our expectations and being able to open all of the glass doors and hear the ocean and feel the breezes was a huge plus. We spent our first few days in a one bedroom unit with equally as spectacular views. Both units were beautifully appointed and very clean. The proximity to Somewhere Cafe was an added benefit. The staff at Coral Gardens on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 100. Loved this place, loved Turks and Caicos and can't wait to return. Don't miss the Fish Fry on Thursday nights. It is a memorable experience!

Loved Our Stay!

The condo is huge, clean and the view of the ocean is incredible. AC and WiFi worked great, the beds are really comfy and there is daily housekeeping. All of the staff we encountered (from reception to housekeeping to the guys giving out beach towels) were so friendly and nice. Having a fully stocked kitchen was really nice and helped keep costs down by us eating most breakfasts and lunches in our condo. What a special treat to have a coral reef right in front of the property. We snorkeled every single day and loved it (we brought our own snorkels with us but I'm pretty sure I saw them loaning snorkels/masks out to guests at the towel stand). I would say that the condo does show some wear & tear and aging, especially in the bathrooms. On-site restaurant is just ok. Our favorite dinners were at Hemingways and Bay Bistro. Things I wondered about before coming so if it’s helpful to others - linens/towels/beach towels/soap/shampoo/conditioner/dish soap/paper towels/toilet paper/trash bags all provided, they have beach umbrellas, chaise lounges and chairs on beach for guests (no extra cost), the electrical outlets are all American, there is a coffee maker and they provide coffee, filters, creamers and sugar/sweetener. One huge tip to future travelers - if you are a family/group of 4 or more, definitely rent a car. We originally didn’t and planned on taking taxis everywhere but taxis are a fortune and they charge per person. Renting a car is more cost effective.

The views are stunning from the wraparound balcony, and the grounds are gorgeous, as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The snorkeling right out front was fantastic, the staff was always super friendly and helpful, and everything was as described. A truly lovely vacation!

Great place in many ways

We had a fantastic time at Coral Gardens. The condo is very nice and clean with only a few items showing some age. The view from the condo with the wrap around sliding doors and large balcony is worth the price. When not at the beach, we spent much of our time on the balcony with morning coffee or for late afternoon adult beverages (we never turned on the TV). The location couldn't have been better with the snorkeling reef right outside our door. We snorkeled at least twice daily to cool off and view the marine life: a variety of colorful fish, barracuda and LOTs of sea turtles. Hope to return.

Thank you for your review!~ We love our expansive balconies with glass sliders that open from front to back and floor to ceiling. There is nothing like it on the island. Make sure you request an ocean front grand suites if you are looking for that suite type. Somewhere Cafe and lounge is a huge hit with our guests (onsite). They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in high season and have live music a few nights per week. The views from the decks of the beach and sunset are unsurpassed. We are only 7 mins from the airport, 5 mins from the IGA grocery store and 5 min drive from many restaurants. We have a fish fry only short stroll down the beach on Thursday and you can enjoy local food and drinks as well as great music! When you stay with us you get welcome rum punch, 2 x 20 min de-stress massages (7 night stay), daily maid service, beach towels, wi fi, parking and guest services. Sit back, relax and enjoy the best beach in the world. Snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming, diving and parasailing are right off the beach at Coral Gardens and you can book a boat trip and they pick up in front of the resort. Regards, Leanne Karnehm

Coral Gardens Getaway

Our condo (1212) was comfortable, clean with an incredible view. The grounds and beach were very well maintained. The unit itself was a bit tired. The front door needed a big push to open. The air conditioner was not functioning properly. We could not get it below 78 degrees. Not terrible, but not what we would have liked. They worked throughout the week to fix it, but no improvement. The master bathroom toilet ran every 3 minutes which was loud during the night! They had to order a part that did not come while we were there. I believe they tried to fix these problems, but it did not happen. Overall, a very fun trip.
