The neighborhood is lively and ideally located. A park is 50 m away and near the apartment you will find several restaurants, bars and cafes. You will also be close to the historic district, the Petit Champlain, tourist attractions and shops.
Here everything is done on foot, stop in the cafés, bakeries or grocery stores in the neighborhood, visit the city and its historical sites, soak up our Quebec culture. Join the bus routes directly in front of the building or it is possible to rent bicycles nearby. Finally, several parking lots are available, easy and nearby. * Please note that road works are planned through the city, so it is useful to use a GPS to better guide you.

Great location but keep in mind you are in the city and street noise can be jeard from the room.

Considering the price, it wasn't over done. Just the bare necessities and in a sleazy part of town, BUT.. walking distance to VIA and the old city, so it worked for us. We had no issues with the host or cleanliness, just not quite as nicely supplied as expected.

Amazing property. Great location. Everything was close by. The apartment had everything and everything was in a great condition. However if you want good sleep, this is not the right property. The bed was not comfortable at all and the sofa bed for the extra two was broken. It was NOT comfortable at all. I couldn’t sleep there. Definitely suggest to change the bed and the sofa bed.
