Luxurious and upscale living in this newly built property is perfect for a couples retreat, honeymoon, or small family traveling to the Broken Bow Area.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

This bedroom features a luxurious primary suite with a pillow-top King mattress, 55-inch Roku TV, 2 night-stands, a storage cabinet, a closet, a private on-suite bathroom featuring a large double-head walk-in shower, a separate free-standing soaker tub, anti-fog lighted mirrors, laundry basket, and two adult-sized luxurious Smokey Marshmallow branded bathrobes. An iron and ironing board is also provided in the closet. The best feature of this bedroom is the private walk-out patio, which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or have a nightcap cocktail while enjoying the gas fireplace and pine trees!

LIVING ROOM:

The living room is relaxing and inviting with a large commercial-grade queen-sized sleeper sofa, leather Arne Jacobsen Egg Chair, coffee table, and 65-inch Roku TV.

EAT-IN AREA:

The eat-in area is open to the living room and kitchen and features a circular wood dining table with 4 dining chairs.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator (with water and ice-making capabilities), electric oven, dishwasher, oversized farmhouse sink, unique waterfall edge granite countertop island, duo Keurig coffee pot, blender, toaster, electric and hand-held can openers, wine opener, croc-pot, Cuisinart knife set, and Green Pan non-stick pots and pans. The kitchen island has two barstools for dining.

LAUNDRY:

Right off the living room area, there is a laundry closet featuring a full-sized Samsung stackable washer & dryer. The laundry room is stocked with laundry soap pods, dryer sheets, and a first-aid kit.

OUTDOOR PATIO:

Large walk-out deck with covered sofa seating area, grill, outdoor fireplace, 65-inch Roku TV, horseshoes, corn hole, and a private hot tub area. This area is serene and completely private surrounded by 200 feet high pine trees which equates to total relaxation!

OUTDOOR FIREPIT (behind the house):

The outdoor firepit area is surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs and LED string lights that wrap the Pine trees. This area is perfect for roasting s'mores and telling late-night stories. Firewood is provided and a firewood carrier is located on the back patio for your convenience.

OUTDOOR TRAIL:

There is an outdoor trail called "Lovers Lane" for your enjoyment. It is approximately 200 feet long and allows you to walk, enjoy peace in quiet in the woods, and meditate. The trail is graveled and outlined by rocks.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, trash pickup (M, W, F), paper towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, washer/dryer (detergent & dryer sheets provided), central A/C, and a tankless water heater. Live TV is provided on all the tvs through the Direct TV. Guests may sign into other smart apps during their stay as well. A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.

INTERNET:

This cabin has high-speed fiber wifi for your browsing and streaming pleasure. Smart Roku tvs in the living room, bedroom, and outdoor patio area.

FAQ:

No Pets; front & exterior surveillance cameras (facing out) for security purposes.

PARKING: Direct pull-in parking (2 vehicles).

Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras by the front door and back patio doors facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces or the hot tub. Please note that these security cameras can be used to monitor additional guests, pets, and/or violations of other policies and regulations. Do not unplug, alter, or vandalize the security cameras in any way.
