Thank you for the great review, Juanita! We hope you will come back soon.
Super cute place that did not disappoint. The cottage was very clean and offered all the household items you would need. The big draw would be the beach access that is very close to the cottage and takes only a few minutes to get there from the cottage. There are a number of steps down to the beach so anyone that can't navigate steps should take note. Best outdoor seating was at the beach :) Another bonus is the location to downtown Lexington. We enjoyed the art fair, shopping, restaurants and golfing! Enjoy

Thank you for your kind words Carrie! I am so happy you enjoyed your stay. The art fair is one of my favorite events Lexington hosts and I agree, beach access being so close to the home is a HUGE perk!
We hope to host you in the future. Thanks again!
My husband and I truly loved our time here and loved that the walk to the private beach was less than 5 minutes. The house was just as pictured and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We loved the food at Windjammers' which was a recommendation from Jessie. The only thing I would say is the one bed is more like a full size and not a queen but was very comfortable and there was no grill even though I had asked and was told there was one. I still would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely rent it again! It is a perfect beach getaway and the property manager was prompt in responding and her recommendations were a huge help.

Thank you for your kind words! I apologize for the miscommunication with the grill. I am so happy you were able to enjoy your stay otherwise. The Windjammer definitely has great food and I agree, Jessie is awesome!
Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to have you back again in the future!
We had an excellent visit. The house felt full with three adults in it. The door code did not work when we arrived but that was easily resolved with a phone call. The Lexington Donut Shop, Riverside Family Dining in Crowell, the Lake Huron Roadside Park, the Port Gratiot lighthouse (pronounciation: grass - she- it) and walking under the Blue Water Bridge were all highlights. The house could use a deeper clean than it has gotten recently. The bare wood stairs to the second floor room had visible splinters and were noisy.
