You cannot beat the views of this updated, close to downtown home situated on 135' of private beach for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the magnificent sunrise from inside or on one of the home's two decks.
The home contains two King Master Bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor), one large room with a Queen and two Twin XL bunk beds and another small bedroom upstairs with Twin bunk beds that's perfect for kids.

The renovated kitchen offers quartz countertops and all of the essentials including a Blackstone grill to easily cook at home. Not in the mood to cook? Lexington is only a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or a 3 minute drive down the road and contains many restaurant options with delicious food and live entertainment. Two bicycles are available for your convenience.

The large yard is perfect for outdoor games and activities! Our home comes with corn hole, spike ball, jenga and frisbee. The shed on the beach includes chairs, kayaks, and many floats to choose from to enjoy private beach time together on beautiful Lake Huron. We also offer many books, board games, and subscriptions to both Netflix and Disney Plus for a quiet night in.

A few days prior you will receive all the information needed for a smooth check in. The door is an electronic lock so it is seamless to check yourself in! After that you will be able to enjoy your stay here!

Quiet, dead end street (dead ends at the water)

You will need a car to travel the area
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

The view is worth the trip. Make sure you catch a sunrise! We were so happy at this spacious and well-appointed house. The owner was very communicative and very easy to work with. Cannot wait for our next stay.

Fantastic weekend stay just south of Lexington! House was exactly as shown in photos and described in the listing. View of Lake Huron was incredible. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the huge yard and my husband especially loved grilling on the Blackstone grill. Communication from the property management company was also excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Peaceful family weekend!

The house was absolutely lovely and the view was amazing! We stayed in the spring so we couldn’t partake in any of the lake activities, but it was still a perfect relaxing family weekend. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy all the house has to offer!

Great Lake house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, big yard, private beach and close to town. The home was nicely updated inside and there were kayaks and beach chairs. There is no central air so it got a little warm inside during the day but we spent most of our time outside anyway. It cooled down at night and there were plenty of fans. Overall great place and we would definitely go back!

Perfect weekend

6 of us took a girls trip this weekend and it was spectacular. The property was immaculate, there was every possible amenity provided for us, and the location was perfect. There is a huge private beach with chairs, kayaks, life jackets, floats, and sand toys. The kitchen is stocked with all necessities. All we had to bring was our food and our clothing. I can't recommend this property more highly.

The home was clean, beautiful, relaxing, stocked with the perfect things, the beds were comfortable and the views were STUNNING!!! Views from the upstairs bed, from the kitchen, dining room, living room, outside on either porch or standing in the yard… it doesn’t matter where you are …. It is GORGEOUS! The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 was because the fireplace didn’t work. We could tell the pilot was lit, we knew the wall switch had to be turned on after a few text messages but it never lit. Upon arrival the internet was down so nothing worked. We got that fixed but were never able to control the temperature in the home. Also- the pictures showed a telescope in the home but there wasn’t one. These issues will not stop us from renting here again! We WILL be back!! We absolutely LOVED our stay! The Windjammer restaurant was AMAZING! The pizza place as well! Great well loved and lived in home!
