Pet friendly was a big plus. Access to the beach was super easy and the pools and grounds were well kept and clean. There was plenty of room in the residence and everything was clean and neat. One very small piece of advice would be to put some extra trash bags in the trash cans, not a show stopper at all though. Plan on booking again.

Perfect

My family of 4 and 2 friends and our golden doodle came to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a great relaxing stay! The beach access was an easy walk. We had a couple of small issues at condo but the staff quickly sent maintenance over and Mark fixed everything quickly and was very nice! Would definitely stay again!!

Close to the beach!

We love staying here! We have stayed here two years in a row with no issues. This place is quiet and walking distance to the beach. This townhouse is now managed by a management company and you have to pick up and drop off the garage remote. It’s very easy and it’s not out of the way. After hour check-in was a breeze!

Excellent

Over the stay was great only issue was that we could not get the living room tv to work may have just been us had three different remotes and did not know which one to us we tried all three remotes but none would work and was a little musty when you first walked in but I would stay again because we loved the place

Vacation

The place was very musky when we first arrived . My sister and I wiped things down with Lysol and other cleaning supplies we had. All in all it was okay, the place could use some fresh paint and nicer pillows for the beds. We reported it to the main office.

Great Stay/Location - Small Things Not Great

Overall this was an excellent place to stay! We had some issues with hot water in the master bath not working properly but the management staff was on top of it. They had great communication and were easy to get ahold of. They were going to send someone out but we figured out if we turned it off and on a couple of times, the hot water would work. So, we opted out of maintenance coming over. The flooring looked new but there were quite a bit of spots that were trip hazards. Mostly in the kitchen and bedrooms...so not sure if it was not installed properly or what. I did let management know about this when we left. The properties location is about 2 miles down the road from the "front desk." Just don't get confused as this property is not within walking distance to any restaurants/grocery/convenience stores...but it is just a short drive (or trolly ride) down the road. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and the property provided some beach accessories. I only wish they would provide beach towels, as we had to go and buy our own.
