This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ventura Heights, just a block off of Clear Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. Family room has a big screen tv, gas fireplace & closet loaded with games. Both bathrooms have walk-in tile showers. Laundry room has washer and dryer available. Deck has outdoor furniture with cushions. No pets. No smoking.

The neighborhood has a park located on the lake, access to walking and bike paths and the public boat ramp is less than five minutes away.
The house is close to Ventura restaurants and The Viking (ice cream shop) or just a short drive or boat ride to Clear Lake restaurants. Clear Lake is a great place for swimming, fishing and boating.

Clear Lake Getaway

Very clean, well equipped poperty just off of Clear Lake in the Ventura area. The owner Rocke was very accomadating for our group and communicated excellent with us. Highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Extended Lake Stay

Lovely, updated lake cabin. At times, we had folks sleeping in each of the four bedrooms. We loved having two of those bedrooms in the finished basement, as it felt like their very own suite. The bonus room in the garage was a HUGE hit. We spent a lot of time there since it was also air conditioned. The Kitchen had about anything you could want to use for cooking. Host was very easy to reach, friendly and accommodating. Would certain stay here again.

Short get away

The house was exactly as described on the posting. Rocke was great to work with. His property is well taken care of and everything in it is up to date and in great working order. It is a very nice home.
