Myself and two friends spent a very enjoyable long reunion weekend at this lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed home.The host was responsive and super helpful, even delivered a handheld steamer to the house so we could take care of our outfits for a formal evening gathering. We would definitely stay at this house again the next time we visit Rochester.

The stay was perfect. Great house and great location. We went for RIT graduation and the house is close to campus and all of our favorite spots such as Pittsford and Park Avenue. The host was fantastic. She was always quick to respond. We appreciated the nice touches such as a snack basket and candy on the beds. It was clean and fully stocked! Highly recommend.

Lovely Monroe County House

Ann’s house was a great stay for us when we were in town for the PGA. Very well stocked and Ann was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Rochester

Perfect for family with dogs

The beds and pillows were cozy and chocolates on the beds was a nice touch. Located super close to restaurants yet plenty of neighborhood for walking our dogs. The fenced in yard made traveling with dogs so much more enjoyable.

Ann was phenomenal! The house was well stocked with everything you need. My family of 5 stayed for multiple weeks and it was everything we needed for a temporary home base!

Perfect house for a long weekend stay for us. The pool was such a bonus! The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to cook. Games and toys for indoors and outdoor. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. 100% convenient 12 corners location. Thanks so much!!

12 Corners truly did feel like home by the end of our long stay. The house (and pool!) are perfect for Rochester in the summer. It was cool and comfortable inside and the yard was warm and inviting with the plus of an excellent afternoon shade tree. We will definitely be back when we return to our native Rochester to visit family again. Thanks Ann and Sal!

Bright spot in Brighton!!

Lovely, roomy and highly functional home; we had a great family reunion, and this house really facilitated it! Plenty of room; nice floor plan; all appliances and functions of house were great. We weren't in season for the pool, but it looked very nice as well. would definitely recommend this location for any stay on the Rochester area.

Would Stay Again

Very easy check-in service. House was warm and clean. I felt safe there. Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Convenient location- walking distance to some stores including a Starbucks. I stayed off-season, but the backyard and pool seemed great. I would stay again if needed.

Family fun

This house was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my family of 6. The pool was exquisite and refreshing. We had a lot of things planned but we literally stayed at the house and hung out instead. I recommend staying here. Ann was an amazing host and her hospitality was on point.

Great Stay in Brighton

We were visiting our son at RIT for the weekend. The location was very convenient to RIT and other activities we had planned for the weekend. The house was very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and had a lot of space. Amenities were very good-everything you would need for a stay was provided. Host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would stay here again when we visit Rochester on future trips.

Excellent family stay for graduation

4 night stay for UR graduation weekend. House was plenty big for the 5 of us. Clean, as pictured and well stocked. Property owners were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. House is about 10 minutes from UR and in a great and safe neighborhood near everything you could want. Not a single complaint whatsoever and highly recommend. One of the best vrbo houses we stayed in when visiting our student.

Birthday Trip

We absolutely loved the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the kids toys available on site. The only drawback for an elderly person such as myself was the front step into the house was high and there was no railing to aid in stepping up. Ann checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay, great hosts.

House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of supplies: towels, paper and cleaning products. Furniture was quite comfortable, mattresses were very good; pool was cleaned once weekly and always looked good. Other than a slight problem with the checkin code and one plumbing problem while we were there which was promptly resolved, everything about the stay was excellent. We would recommend a hand railing on the front steps and a shade on the west-facing kitchen window.
