**FULLY FURNISHED Short or Long-Term Rental** We offer temporary housing for Work, Travel, Remodel, House Hunting, Insurance and more. A beautiful and spacious nature-inspired home conveniently located in central Simi Valley, fully remodeled with upscale amenities including 3 big-screen smart TV's. Enjoy the bright, open floor plan with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Experience glorious sunsets from our enormous yard with BBQ, loads of seating, dining and covered patio to enjoy those summer evenings! We are a few short blocks from Frontier Park with miles of waterside walking and biking trails. You will be close to restaurants, tennis, hiking, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, wine tasting, The Reagan Library and the Santa Susana Railroad Depot.

A rental agreement is required for all bookings. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping house.
