You are within walking or biking distance of the famous Midway Café (midway between the top of the keys to the bottom), Square Grouper, Chef Michaels, and many outstanding restaurants. Shopping is right across the highway. The house itself affords you the luxury of a 4-bedroom and 3 full baths with the privacy of having separate space. There are two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one large bath, kitchen and living room. The stairs to the upstairs are outside separating the two spaces. Amenities include an outside charcoal grill, hot tub which overlooks the cove and the ocean, a couple of bicycles, kayaks, a private dock, and paddle boards.
