Paradise Found - Three Story Beach House w/ private beach, dock and Ocean Views

3 story bayside home with its own beach. Great location. Private residential area, yet close to Everything. Due to unique location, one of only a hand full of homes on the island with views of both the Bay and the Ocean. Three (3) good sized bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom has its own distinct views. The practical - high speed internet, separate work and entertainment areas, smart-tv’s, water and elec by the dock, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.

Specifics: Downstairs - Large Beach - with plenty of room for volleyball or paddle ball. Covered Beachside bar and dining area, large hot tub, private outdoor shower, BBQ area, and pool table. 120 foot dock that extends out into the Bay. Great for fishing and with dockage for up to a 28 ft boat.

Second Floor - Living Room, Dining Room, and 2 bedrooms - each with large covered balconies - one facing the Bay and the other the Ocean.

Third Floor - Large bedroom with bath and desk - with balcony facing the Ocean and very large terrace facing the Bay. Fantastic for soaking in the rays, sunset cocktails with friends, or star gazing at night.

This is a special place in a great location. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling, and Fishing right from the property. Great bone fishing across the street. Very popular beach and sand bar around the corner and easily accessible by kayak or boat. Boat, Jet Ski and Bike rentals very close by.

The best thing about the keys and this place is that you can do all that stuff I mentioned, and with great restaurants, bars, etc , all very close by. Or, you can just lay in the hammock by the beach, take another sip of that margarita, listen to some tunes and ask yourself... do I really ever want to leave this place.

Family break in the keys

Great stay! Home was very comfortable. We loved the dock. Lots of sea life to watch including a little nurse shark one afternoon. We kayaked and fished every day. Owner gave us tips on where to go for meals and activities. Communication was fantastic.

As yearly visitors to Islamorada, this is the best house we have ever stayed in! Location is perfect for our boat and lobstering. House is very spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. Nice amenities that all work! Everett is a terrific host and kept us informed at each step. Will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location. Great property! We could kayak right from the property's beach...in fact a porpoise swam with us for nearly 2 miles as we kayaked back to our beach! We could also see both the Gulf and the Ocean from the property's balconies. Interior was bright and comfortable. We could bicycle to Anne's Beach and also to Robbies. And there were many great restaurants within a few miles of the property. Excellent!

Very nice and clean. Kitchen was stocked with basics. Only surprise was the steep narrow spiral staircase to access the upper bedroom, it was not mentioned or shown in the listing. Overall nice hime, great location, and the host was quick to respond.

Wonderful month with friends

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Everett was a responsive and helpful host. He provided great information about Islamorada, gave suggestions for things to enjoy. When we arrived he gave a very thorough introduction to the property which we appreciated. Loved the beach and dock and the views were breathtaking. All in all, a wonderful month at a piece of paradise!

Great location and dock if you are bringing a boat. Some road noise when you are outside. Owner fixed an AC issue promptly and was very communicative. Bedroom linens were not the best. Overall it met our expectations.

Paradise Found in Paradise

The house is in a beautiful location between the ocean and bay, so you could see sunrises and sunsets (time of year depending) every day. The bay side of the house allows for peace and reflection by just staring at the water or reading a book. Everett was the most patient and attentive host ever, even after 2 Main water main breaks on A1A (which no one can predict!) This was truly a special place!

Islamorada paradise

My family stayed in this house the month of June and this was the best vacation property we have statin anywhere .The place is really nice with beautiful views (ocean and Bay side),super clean ,decorate and well appointed.The management process was excellent with professional agreement ,documentation .Location was one of the best !oceanfront ,relaxing and close to 2 beautiful beaches ( port Antigua by boat ) and Anne beach .Alligator reef short distance by boat it’s a most see !! Excellent snorkeling one of the best .the Owner Everett was really nice always answering our questions about the house and question related to Islamorada area .the most important thing he was always available!!!.Location was exceptional close to very good restaurants , about a mile and half north Robiies marina and restaurant were you can rent a boat ,kayaks and schedule a sunset or snorkeling trip .I am looking forward to come back soon ! Thank you Everett !

Nice but not that private

The property is nice and the owner is available for questions. However, there are 3 outdoor cameras on the ground level front, back, and middle that can capture every move outside of the house and another at the front door that sees every time you leave or return. The front door was the only way in or out unless you drop down from a balcony. These were not mentioned in the house descriptions and were a little disconcerting. The home is attached to another home - neighbors are quiet and seemed nice but we tried to not make any sounds outside so as not to disturb them. Other smaller things - There are no Smart TV's. There are only 6 large dishes for eating - not a huge deal for us, we just washed in the sink after every meal at home. The kitchen overall is sufficient, but minimally stocked for pots, pans, and cabinet space. There is no stereo, but there is a wireless speaker. On a very positive note, the home is close to everything. The dock and water frontage view in the back is all it should be. As expected, there is a road noise from Overseas Hwy on the front, but still a great view. Beds are comfortable, rooms are comfortable. You get to the top bedroom via a spiral staircase. It takes some agility to get the suitcases up there, but it is manageable unless you have some physical issue that makes tight steps tough. Overall a nice place but the cameras really put a damper on our experience.
