The primary bedroom offers two queen beds and a private en suite. Three additional bedrooms feature a queen over queen bunk bed, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. Everyone will find a comfortable place to rest after a day on the links.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
