✏️We are not handicap accessible right now. There are about 4 to 5 steps to get up and down into the house. One step stepping down into the half shared bathroom.

🥘 Has a fully equipped kitchen with large stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, making cooking and clean up convenient and easy!

(Salt, pepper, cooking oil, pots and pans)

Plenty to do with a tennis court, basketball court, skate park, and kids water play area free of charge right behind the home!

While visiting with us, this space will be completely yours. You’ll be able to enjoy a large flat screen smart tv. You will have your own personal washer and dryer with detergent available. The kitchen will be ready for you!

You’ll have fast WiFi.

You will get a code to enter home, so no need worry about keys!

Street Parking in front of home is first come first serve.
Parking also available in back yard for 2 mid size vehicles.

Please do not set thermostat below 68 degrees as this can freeze the ac unit outside and break. Leaving room doors open helps to optimize ac air flow.

We do ask you leave the home like you found it. If you are staying here Wednesday night please make sure trash can is left on road for Thursday( It must be placed past the cars on the road )

NO type of smoking allowed in home. Cigarettes, vaping, or any other are not allowed.

Government ID is required- you must add it to profile and send in copy in message to us. If guest prefers not to provide us with a photo copy of ID a $150 deposit will be required.
