Welcome to Sunset Escapes, this Cozy Beach Cottage was built in 1910 and is nestled in the Historic District on sunny Galveston Island. The charming home has a prime location. It is about a 7 minute walk to the Seawall/Beach and about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive the Historic Strand.

GALVESTON ATTRACTIONS: Pleasure Pier (1 mile), Seawall (less than 1/2 mile), Galveston Fishing Pier (5.6 miles), Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens (6.2 miles), Cruise Terminal (1.3 miles)

I was worried this property would be cramped, but it was surprisingly spacious for how small it is! It’s well kept, comfortable and has everything you need. The outside amenities were great as well. The location is good, neighborhood seemed safe and it was an easy walk to the cruise terminal. I would stay here again.

The cottage was amazing and deco was beautiful. The owner definitely took the time to think about what is needed for a comfortable stay. The yard is perfect to sit back and relax after a day at the beach. Close to the Seawall, and loved the recommendations for places to visit and eat in the welcome under.
