Great apartment for a family

Great apartment. Parking right outside was very convenient. 10-12 minute walk to center of Reykjavik and restaurants.

Great Apartment!

This place was wonderful for our family of 6! The apartment had everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. The views from the 2 balconies were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa, which my teenage boys appreciatived. The parking right outside the building was very convenient and the elevator was a nice bonus after a long day of exploring the country. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay with a great location in the city! Here are some tips for anyone looking to stay here: The bathroom tile in the shower was slippery, so we used our shower sandals we brought for the water lagoon, which worked perfectly. The laundry facility was busy during the day, so if you need to do any laundry I would suggest waiting until nighttime. We used the Hotel Orkin, which was a short walk, as a pick up point for our bus tour. There is a Bonus (Grocery Store) on the corner behind the apartment building, about a 2 minute walk away.

Close to the downtown bus terminal and food court Hlemmur. You will have a view over the ocean and mountains from the balcony the apartment has 2 balconies it's good to go out on the balcony and get some fresh air,,, You can see Hallgrímskirkja from the balcony of the apartment and the huse Höfði. And are stone's throw away from the best restaurants and bars of Reykjavik. A great location close to all of downtown's most popular sightseeing spots such as Hallgrímskirkja church, the seafarer monument, Harpa concert hall, and a little further we have Tjörnin pond, Whale watching, Kolaportið flea market, and the old harbor. Sundhöll Reykjavíkur.
