Top/bottom duplex a stone's throw from Forsyth Park in the Historic District of Savannah. This listing is for both units, so two apartments in the same house are at your disposal. This offers plenty of privacy and two off-street parking spaces for your group. There is free street parking nearby as well.

One entrance for both units. The Lower apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom holds a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom in this unit has a toilet and a shower, but no bathtub. There is a washer and dryer for this unit, located next to the entry door.

The Upper apartment features another two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master holds a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed in it. The bathroom has a toilet and a tub/shower combination. There is a pullout couch in the living room of the upstairs apartment.

The private courtyard in the back is lovely any time of year and features seating and a grill. Walk all over Savannah from this convenient location.

The house was recently painted and decorated.

Parking is on the side of the house (Huntingdon St.) There is enough space for 2 cars, take only 1 space.

There is an outdoor security camera in the parking area.

There is a laundry room at the bottom of the entry stairs.
