Welcome to our charming loft, distinguished by its ideal location for exploring the region, nestled between the river and mountains. Because of its strategic setting, it is the perfect accommodation for those who want to discover the area, its famous mountains and its numerous tourist attractions.

Our loft is charming and comfortable, located on the ground floor. It features a lovely kitchenette, a workspace, a smart TV, a kitchen table, two queen beds, and a bathroom with a bath-shower combination. Please note that there is no dedicated kitchen sink, but you can use the sink in the bathroom.

The property has a beautiful waterfront where you can relax in the sun while listening to the geese navigate along the shores of the St. Lawrence River. No other establishment offers such a majestic view of the sunset over the city of Quebec. We also invite you to use our BBQ, picnic areas, and outdoor fireplaces for your starry campfires. There is even a playground for children located a bit away from the river area.

The famous Basilica of Sainte-Anne is right next to our property, and the new Quai de la Paix is also nearby, ideal for an evening stroll. We also invite you to explore our neighboring attractions: renowned restaurants, trendy cafes, and microbreweries. If you prefer to cook something at the loft, it's easy to go to the grocery store and the SAQ (Québec Liquor Board) nearby.
