This property is located a few minutes from the main supermarkets and restaurants in Thomasville, a few minutes from Interstate 85. This apartment is very practical for short and long stays. Perfect for working from home. It is very adaptable for family groups of up to 6 members. It has an enclosed carport suitable for rainy seasons. It is a very quiet location. Easy arrival at the property. No more than 30 min away is the Piedmont Triad International Airport. 15 min away is High point University. It is also about 15 min from High Point Market which is one of the world's largest trade fairs for furniture and interior design.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is autonomous access. The internet is high speed of 500 Mbps. It has a smart TV in each bedroom, as well as in the living room. There is a designated area to work from home if desired. The kitchen has the necessary accessories for everyday cooking.
