Welcome to Pond View Cabin, your ideal rustic Vermont retreat tucked away on a quiet private road in Chittenden, Vermont. Perfectly situated near Chittenden Reservoir, Mountain Top Resort, Killington, and Pico, this inviting cabin offers a blend of cozy comfort, natural beauty, and timeless country charm surrounded by maple trees and peaceful pond views.

Inside, you'll find a one-bedroom cabin with an open loft, comfortably sleeping four. The main level features an open floor plan with large windows that fill the living area with natural light, a 50" Roku 4K TV, fast WiFi, heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped for home-style meals, and a bathroom with a stand-up tiled shower. The bedroom on this floor includes two twin beds, while the upstairs loft offers a double bed and a cozy sitting area overlooking the space below — perfect for reading or unwinding after a day outdoors.

Property was beautiful. Cabin was rustic and very small. The 12 ft birch tree ladder to get to the bedroom in the loft was challenging. If you have ever lived on a 30 ft boat or in an RV you would know how to navigate the smallness of the space. Hot water was good, heat was good, stove was good, pots and pans were good.

fantastic stay in a true Vermont cabin

my family and I had a great time in this cabin. we seek out unique rentals and this truly is. close to Rutland, close to Killington. and the sugar house set up is so cool. awesome trip.

Basic in the best way. Everything you need and not too fussy. Dog bed, dog bowls and tray, great cookware, were provided. The only change I would recommend would be a full size refrigerator. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
