Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refunds or adjustments.
