Hoyochi Nikko # 103, 1st Floor Direct Oceanfront Beauty

After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.

The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.

It sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is a perfect place to sit on your Lanai and admire the beautiful Hawaiian water and whale watch.

The unit is also furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. We have 2 swim assist devices hanging in the closet.

Hoyochi Nikko is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

We have stayed at Hoyochi in this unit quite a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay. The unit is well equipped, comfortable and has an unbeatable view. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Having the ocean right outside the patio door was unbeatable…we saw some beautiful sunsets! My husband swam in the ocean right outside the condo several times and had sea turtles swim right by him. The condo itself was very clean as were the property grounds. Everything was very well maintained! We were close to lots of great restaurants, activities and sightseeing! We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.

This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.
